How We Work

There Is No
One-Size-Fits-All Solution

We believe in personalized service for every client

We have created a process to educate you quickly and effectively so that you can make empowered, informed choices about what you want for the people you love so that you aren’t simply choosing the cheapest option simply because you don’t have any other basis for making your decisions.

Our approach is educational and proactive – we educate you based on the specifics of your family situation, your assets, and your individual needs, wants, desires and values and then guide you to tell us what you want most so we can create the plan (and the fee for that plan) that aligns with your objectives for your family and your assets.

Where Affordability Meets Effectiveness

Depending on what you need, our fees range from around $2,500 for with simple and straight forward estate planning needs, up to $9,500 for an extensive plan that provides significant asset protection after death and maximum protection for your assets from inadvertent loss to the state department of unclaimed property or the court process.

Get Organized With A Family Wealth Planning Session

We start all of our planning processes with a Family Wealth Planning Session, which is designed to get you more financially organized than you have ever been before.

This session is a hugely valuable process for you and your family because you will create a full inventory of your assets and ensure your family knows exactly what you have and where it is located. Or if you have an existing plan and need it reviewed, it will ensure it aligns with your desires and goals.

A Family Wealth Planning Session is typically $750, or if you have an existing estate plan that you want us to review as part of this process, then your Estate Plan Checkup and Review is a value of $950.

However, if you do preparation ahead of time after securing your appointment with a credit card (nothing is charged on your card so long as you keep your appointment and complete the preparation in advance), and then your appointment fee is waived.

The awesome thing about the preparation is that you will be more organized than you have ever been before because you will create a full inventory of your assets and ensure your family knows exactly what you have and where it is located.

Your Lawyer For Life

Here To Serve Your Always

Our Family Wealth VIP Membership programs are part of what sets us apart and allow us to care for you and your family throughout all life’s stages.

At most estate planning law firms, the relationship ends when you sign your documents.  At Truest Law, we see the signing of your estate planning documents as just the beginning of our relationship with your family.

And that’s how it should be because your life will change, your assets will change, and the law will change. Your plan needs to change along the way, as well.
