Welcome to Your Life & Legacy Planning Session
This is more than a legal meeting — it’s a personal conversation about your life, your loved ones, and what truly matters most. Our goal is to help you gain clarity, make confident decisions, and leave with peace of mind knowing that your family and assets will always be protected.
Here’s what we’ll cover together:
Introductions
We’ll start by sharing a little about who we are — our firm, our mission, and why we practice law the way we do. You’ll also get to know your attorney personally and hear the story behind Truest Law — how our approach was built around families just like yours.Your Story
Then, it’s your turn. We want to learn about you — your family, your values, and what brought you here today. Every family has a story, and understanding yours helps us build a plan that reflects your heart, not just your assets.Where You Stand Today
We’ll walk through what would happen if something unexpected occurred — if you became disabled or passed away — and how your home, bank accounts, retirement savings, business interests, and life insurance would be affected. We’ve already reviewed your homework, so this step helps bring everything into clear focus.Planning for Your Children
If you have children, especially minors, we’ll discuss one of the most important parts of any plan — who will care for them.Do you have guardians named?
Are they local or out of state?
Who can step in immediately in an emergency?
We never want your kids in the system, not even for a minute — and we’ll make sure your plan reflects that.
Education and Guidance
We’ll recap what we’ve covered so far, answer your questions, and explain how the right estate plan protects not just your assets, but your legacy, your values, and your loved ones.Designing Your Plan
If you decide to move forward with us, we’ll begin designing your custom Life & Legacy Plan based on everything we’ve discussed today. Within about 30 days, you’ll sign your plan — and you’ll walk away knowing that your family is protected and your wishes are in motion.
You’ll leave this session with peace of mind, a clear understanding of what’s next, and the confidence that you’ve taken the most important step toward protecting the people and things you love most.

How To Get Started?
By now you’ve seen that Truest Law is something special and because you love your family, and want to keep them out of court and out of conflict, when something happens to you, you are ready to take the first steps to get a plan in place. We think that’s a great idea. You know your family deserves the kind of protection, guidance and love we provide for a lifetime. It’s important that you know how we work because we do things a bit differently here than at other law firms. That’s why our clients love us so much.

Choose the option that’s best for you. If you do choose to schedule your Life and Legacy Planning Session, please make sure you’ve read and understand what is expected from you leading up to your appointment, and what we’ll do together in that meeting; so that you come in prepared to be educated, informed and make empowered decisions for the people you love.
